The Fairness Factory is a network of professionals with experience in a wide range of disciplines. Our Leadership Team
Our CEO, Shirley Taylor, is an Irish-born financial manager with extensive experience in tax policy. Shirley is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin.
Robert Zarnetske, our Vice President for Policy, is a lawyer and social science researcher with over 30 years experience in government operations and policy. Robert is a graduate of the University of Oregon, Harvard University, and the University of Connecticut.
